Employers pay an affordable, flat membership fee of $85/mo per enrolled employee. Employers have the option to enroll or remove employees each month. It's that simple!

- Employees complete our simple enrollment form
- You sign our agreement and payment authorization
- We add those employees as members of our clinic
- Each month you'll receive a list of employees with the ability to add or remove them depending upon their employment status
